These terms govern use of the public BC Vacation Rental Operations information website. Reservation-specific prices, cancellation terms, house rules and other booking conditions are presented through the applicable booking channel.

1. Operator

This website is operated by Miro Ceperkovic under the public business name BC Vacation Rental in British Columbia, Canada.

2. Purpose of this website

This website describes private operational systems used to manage our own vacation-rental activity. It does not offer automation software, Google-account services or property-management software to outside customers.

3. Reservations

Visiting this website does not create a reservation. Reservations are formed only through our direct-booking website or an authorized booking channel after the applicable booking terms are accepted and any required payment or confirmation is completed.

4. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful informational purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the site, access private operational systems, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code or misuse any contact information published here.

5. Information and availability

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but information may change and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Property availability, pricing, amenities and booking conditions shown by the applicable booking channel take precedence over general information on this operational site.

6. Third-party services

Links may lead to Hospitable, Google or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

The BC Vacation Rental name, site content and original materials are owned by or used with permission of the operator. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without prior permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
